I’ve been feeling like crap lately. Not like sick, just exhausted. I haven’t been able to figure out why, but then I have been sleeping poorly, which I have had issues with most of my life, but I haven;t been eating as well as I should be either. Completely ass-nine, to be honest, compared to what I should be doing if I am planning on losing some additional weight. Which, I am. Actually, I have already, but I could easily gain it back if I don’t watch myself. That is one thing that sucks about having so much weight to have lost and loving food so much– I have to constantly watch myself.
Anyway – So with that in mind, I went out and got myself some fresh new groceries. Some chicken breasts with some zucchini and squash to slice and to go along with some locally grown green beans. I also got some grass fed beef to make some spaghetti too. All organic, of course. That’s only a few days worth of stuff, but some delicious food! I snagged some gala apples as well, which I LOVE! I eat one everyday now.
What I decided I REALLY needed, though, was something that I should have been taking for a long time and that is vitamin supplements. I used to take them a few years back when I was working out a lot, so I went and found some that I felt measured up to what I knew was the best kind. One was to find some that were gel capsules and not tablets. That was surprisingly more difficult, but I managed it (of course it costs a lot more!). I got the stuff specifically for men, of course, too! It has over 70 different nutrients, all of which are helpful for me, including some omega 3 and pumpkin seed. So there we have it, the important choice of getting my daily dose of vitamins and minerals.
Hopefully I stop feeling like crap so often and re-find my energy and my drive to kick ass and take names. Regardless, knowing I am healthier feels good all on its own.
